The Megan Steinbrenner Award is handed out annually at the end of the season awards banquet. This award is voted on by the varsity cheerleaders. The criteria is as follows:

This person may not have the all-around outstanding cheerleading skills, but she upholds the high standards of the WLHS cheer program.  You can always depend on this person to support each and every member of the squad.  This person exemplifies the drive and determination that it takes to achieve.  She keeps the squad going with her enthusiasm and spirit.  She is motivating to others.  She supports the program as a whole!
